Photography is an incredibly diverse subject: from different photography genres and styles to lighting, equipment, posing, model direction, location scouting and styling, photography novices often face a jungle of information and possibilities.
Social Networks can be a pain in the you-know-what - finally you are able to publish your awesome work and build a community - but a lot of times, your work does not get the recognition it deserves. Sounds familiar? Impressions, algorithms and posting-schedules have made social media more and more complicated. Today everyone’s obsessed with Instagram - and don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the platform for what it is and have met a lot of incredible people there - but my advice to all you photographers and creatives out there: do not put all of your eggs in one basket.
Organisation is key, right? As a photographer creativity is always at the centre of my actions. But you have to able to actually realize all your creative thoughts and ideas instead of just keeping them in your head.
